Live Your PosSCZible is an initiative focused on empowering people living with schizophrenia to recognize their strengths, passions and pursue their personal goals. Its mission is to challenge stigma by highlighting real stories that show what individuals with schizophrenia can achieve. LYP provides resources, tools, and community support to help people plan for their future and live their best life now.
Our Role
To create a website to showcase and shine a light on Art from LYP Ambassadors. We created a page and gallery bright and full of life to represent all the Ambassadors and their lively talent as well.
